Anger Management Therapy

Keeping Families Together LLC offers Anger Management Therapy with private pay accepted. A sliding scale fee may be available for low-income participants. This program spans 8-12 weeks and includes both individual and group sessions. Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the therapy treatment. Anger Management Therapy helps individuals understand and control their anger. It involves techniques to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and improve communication skills, ultimately leading to healthier emotional responses and improved relationships.
