1. Certified Peer Specialist
Applicants must hold a valid Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist credential. A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required; 2 years of experience is preferred.

- Providing peer support consistent with Wisconsin peer specialist expectations and recovery-oriented practice.
- Assisting clients with identifying strengths, goals, natural supports, and wellness strategies.
- Encouraging service engagement, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation in recovery planning.
- Supporting community integration, coping skills, and connection to resources while maintaining professional boundaries and accurate documentation.
2. Client Advocate Support Specialist
This position requires experience supporting individuals and families through community-based services. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, dependability, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively with low-income individuals and families.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with low-income individuals and families
- Primary duties include:
- Employment support, including job-readiness assistance and workplace stability support.
- Housing support focused on locating resources, reducing barriers, and promoting long-term housing stability.
- Client advocacy and protection of client rights related to housing accessibility and stability in Dane County.
- Skill development in communication, problem-solving, organization, self-advocacy, and daily living tasks.
- Community resource navigation, referrals, and coordination with service providers and support systems.
3. LCSW Therapist
Applicants must be a licensed LCSW with at least 2 years of experience providing therapy to clients.
